Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Because many pieces are handmade to order, made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days before they ship. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Economy: $4.90, 5-8 business days.
Standard: $6.90 to $9.90 depending on weight, 3-4 business days.
Exact rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

DELAYS
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control. Weather and peak season can add time. If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us at info@liacreativeus.com and we will open an investigation.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please check with your household and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before the order ships. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
